Squash, stretch, squeeze
Flatten into a pancake to slip under rolling pins, then pop back into shape. You are soft, but the controls are sharp.
A living piece of raw dough escapes a giant castle kitchen.
Free · a short demo, the opening of a bigger adventure · keyboard, gamepad or touch
Flatten into a pancake to slip under rolling pins, then pop back into shape. You are soft, but the controls are sharp.
Stretch a dough arm to hooks, rings and hanging pans, swing across the gaps and stick to cloth and timber.
Find a small knife, study its shape, and reshape your own hand into a blade. No inventory — just dough.
Bowls are cliffs, spoons are bridges and the pantry shelves climb out of sight. Something with wings lives at the top.

Doughboy runs in your browser, and you can also install it so it opens full-screen like a game (it then works offline too).
Playing on a phone? Install it first — it plays best as an app: full screen, no browser bars, and it turns to landscape for you when the game starts.
Open the demo and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen) from the browser menu.
Open the demo in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Play in landscape.
Keyboard or gamepad. Chrome and Edge can install it from the address bar.
The demo is completely free. If you enjoyed it and want to see Doughboy grow into a full game, a donation of any amount helps us keep building it.
Donations are voluntary. They do not unlock rewards, give any in-game benefit, or guarantee that a full game will be released — they simply help make more Doughboy possible.
DonateDonations open soon — thank you for wanting to help!
This is a free vertical slice: the real opening of a larger adventure — the Kneading Table, the High Pantry, the locked Spicery and a boss at the top. It exists to find out whether Doughboy should grow into a full game. If you finish it, the one question at the end really helps.
